Terms of Use

Effective and updated date: 2026-10-10

1 The website and these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of evanalysis.net and its account services, learning materials and practice features (together, the “Services”), provided by Evanalysis Studio LLC. When registering an account, you must read and accept the terms displayed at that time. The Privacy Policy separately describes our handling of personal data. Acceptance of these terms is not blanket consent to all data processing.

These terms are prepared in English and translated into Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. If the language versions differ or are ambiguous, the English version prevails, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not limit your mandatory rights under applicable law. Contact us at contact@evanalysis.net.

2 Eligibility

You may browse public learning materials without an account. To register independently, you must be at least 13 and meet any higher age that applicable law requires for independent consent to the relevant processing of your personal data. If local law requires parental or legal-guardian authorization to accept these Terms, you must obtain that authorization before registering.

Learners below the applicable age threshold must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage a private child profile through the parent process. The parent must have authority to make the relevant decisions and accept these Terms for the child’s use. A child profile is activated only after the required notice, consent and confirmation are complete.

Parental-consent and child-profile features are not yet available. Informal parental permission does not override eligibility requirements or replace a required consent process. Until these features become available, users below the threshold are not eligible to register or use cloud-saved learning records, but may browse public materials without an account. The registration page will provide access to the parent process when it opens.

Provide accurate age and country or region information. Do not use another person’s account or other means to bypass eligibility requirements. If we discover an ineligible account or missing required consent, we will restrict the relevant processing and arrange remediation or deletion under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

3 Account security and records

Use an email address or third-party sign-in account you are entitled to use, keep passwords and verification codes secure, and do not impersonate others, use another person’s account or bypass access restrictions. You are responsible for account use within your reasonable control, but these terms do not shift to you responsibility for security issues for which we are legally responsible. Contact us promptly if you notice a problem.

Personal account practice records are not public to other ordinary users, but necessary authorized personnel and providers may process them as described in the privacy policy. Sign out on shared devices. The website does not promise that every practice record or local reading marker will be kept permanently or synchronized automatically. Keep appropriate copies of important learning materials.

4 Learning materials and their limits

The website provides educational and self-study reference materials. Materials, questions and explanations may contain omissions, errors or delayed updates. Check important conclusions against original sources. We do not guarantee particular grades, examination results, certifications or learning outcomes. Practice results are not formal academic or professional qualifications.

You can send us the page link and details of an error. We may correct, supplement or remove materials. These statements do not exclude any liability we must bear by law.

5 Acceptable use

You may browse and use learning materials through the website’s normal features and make other uses permitted by applicable law or an express licence. Do not disrupt operations, deliberately exhaust resources, distribute malware, access data or test other people’s accounts without authorization, evade security controls or otherwise unlawfully infringe others’ rights.

Do not submit personal data or content you have no right to provide through practice inputs or support channels. Answer and submission features are not public publishing areas. If comments, sharing or other public-posting features are introduced, their rules and visibility will be explained before they are enabled.

6 Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the Website’s materials, questions, explanations, images, branding, software and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may use the normal features of the Services for learning and make uses permitted by applicable law, an expressly identified licence or separate authorization.

Except as permitted above, protected content may not be copied, republished, distributed, resold or otherwise exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder. Code, components or materials subject to a separate licence remain governed by that licence. Retain any required attribution and licence notices. These terms do not expand third-party permissions or restrict licence rights already lawfully obtained.

To request additional permission or report an alleged infringement, contact contact@evanalysis.net with the relevant page links, basis of your rights and contact information.

7 Information you submit

You retain the rights you legally hold in content you submit. You allow us and necessary service providers to process that content to the extent needed to provide the features you use, save and display practice records, handle support and maintain security. This clause does not grant a right to publish your personal practice records to other ordinary users. The privacy policy and applicable law continue to govern personal data.

8 Third-party services and charges

External links and services such as third-party sign-in are operated by their respective providers. Review their terms and privacy notices when using them. A link is not a guarantee of all of their content, availability or practices.

The account and practice features covered by this release do not enable payment or checkout. If paid services are offered later, prices, payment methods, renewals, cancellation and applicable refund rules will be disclosed before purchase, and any required confirmation obtained. Registering alone does not authorize future charges.

9 Service changes and account closure

We may change content and features to maintain, correct or improve the website. We may impose proportionate restrictions or suspensions to address reasonably supported security risks, abuse or unlawful conduct. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a contact channel.

You can request account closure and handling of related data under the privacy policy. Service suspension, content removal or account closure does not mean all data is immediately deleted. Retention and deletion follow the privacy policy and applicable law. If we plan to discontinue account services, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to obtain necessary personal records where practicable, subject to urgent security needs or legal restrictions.

10 Liability and disputes

We remain responsible as required by applicable law. The website does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every individual purpose. These terms do not exclude or limit liability, consumer rights or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or require you to waive legally available remedies.

If a problem arises, please contact contact@evanalysis.net first so that we can try to resolve it. This does not affect your right to complain to a regulator or seek relief in a court with jurisdiction. Unless separately and expressly agreed where legally permitted, these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require a class-action waiver.

11 Changes to these terms

This page will show the effective and updated dates. Material changes will be notified appropriately, with separate agreement where required by law or the nature of the change. Changes do not retrospectively revoke licences or rights already lawfully obtained. If you do not accept applicable changes, you may stop using the affected services and request handling of your account data under the privacy policy.
